Matteo is a Private Chef with extensive experience, he is an easy going, calm and focused Chef who works to the highest standards whilst running a clean, happy, organised kitchen. He is dedicated and able to work under pressure. He is extremely flexible. His main passion is cooking and he hopes that people can see this when they taste his food. Matteo prides himself on return bookings. His favourite cuisine is where his heart lies in Italian and Mediterranean, however, he loves to cook worldwide cuisines. He enjoys following recipes and at times improvising using his wide knowledge. Matteo has a vast restaurant background stemming from him working in Italy, including Michelin experience to now being a sought after Private Chef, having cooked in some of the most prestigious households in London and Sardinia.
