He is fully a qualified nutritionist with BSc honours. He works closely with sport professionals monitoring their daily nutrition intake, preparing meals for training, matches and recovery. John has a real eye for presentation and his food is stunning on the plate. This matched with his ability to create fantastic flavours means he can execute a fine dining dinner party to perfection. He loves to get the best out of seasonal produce. John has been with us from the start and has helped create our consistently strong reputation.
