His career has taken him to many parts of the world including Australia, Hong Kong, Russia, France and Spain to name but a few which has given him a comprehensive knowledge and confidence in many world cuisines. He is very personable and calm and adapts to any situation to provide a memorable experience. We love working with Wesley, he is unassuming and a real gentleman. He has a can-do attitude and his expertise means he delivers an unbeatable job every single time!
