Private Chef – Private ChefTom has an extensive culinary background with experience at 2 Michelin starred restaurants under Michael Caines, as well as a number of high-end hotels such as Pennyhill Park, Launceston place and Roux at Parliament Square. Tom has also staged at 3 Michelin starred Eleven Madison Park and Alinea in America, gaining more experience and pushing his knowledge to the next level.
He enjoys the creativity of being a chef, constantly learning and evolving his skills. Having always had a passion for food, he loves working with high quality ingredients and the very best level of produce.A highlight in Toms career is winning National Chef of the Year in 2021.
This is a ginormous achievement in the chef world. He went against thousands of contestants and created and cooked a three course meal set to a brief. The head judge was Paul Ainsworth and other judges included James Knappett, James “jocky” Petrie, Steve Groves, Anthony Demetre and Jonny Bone.
