He has a vast knowledge of world cuisines and different dietary requirements. He has worked on top events for Ferrari, Bentley Motors and Patek Philippe and Watches of Switzerland. Anthony is a charming, well mannered guy with a can do attitude striving always to impress his clients going above and beyond. Anthony has worked on the Harper Fine Dining Team for many years and the customer feed back is consistently fantastic.
